Joseph Jostes
Joe began making pottery in 1980. Exploring the many rich pottery traditions quickly became a career in creating historic inspired work. Joe is currently creating our Mocha ware and when possible Salt glazed stoneware. His work has been featured in Early American Life, House Beautiful, Veranda and Garden and Gun magazine.

Being very camera shy I share instead of a head shot this lovely quail who visited with us this spring.
I like to make happy pots, pots that make you smile, brighten your mood. I am currently working in redware and when possible salt glazed stoneware.
